The friendship of the French jewelry house Boucheron with Russia officially turned 120 years old. The first boutique was opened on the Kuznetsky Most in 1897, and the items of high jewelry art of the legislator were appreciated even earlier. They say that in 1876 the Grand Duchess Maria Nikolaevna and her husband Count Grigory Stroganov left a fortune at the headquarters of the House in Paris. Boucheron celebrated the anniversary by opening a boutique on Petrovka. To cut the ribbon was entrusted to Leticia Caste, and in the evening a dinner was arranged, which, among other guests, was granted by two mysterious Qatari princesses. In the halls of the New Manege, a collection of Hiver Impérial (Imperial Winter), a necklace made from Baikal pearls, earrings-transformers with falcons of white gold and diamonds, Yaroslov necklace of white gold with rock crystal, was created specially for the event.
Chief Michel Lenz designed the menu according to the immersive performance. He treated me with wild game from Prosper Montagnier’s recipe, and dessert served a golden chocolate dome with raspberry mousse.
