On October 25 in 1945 Askeri Gallery there passed the closed preposition of the exhibition of Pavel Polyansky “Habitat”. The artist’s style is known to connoisseurs for previous exhibitions of the author, whose work for the Russian public was once opened by Aidan Salakhova. Polyansky’s works are in the collection of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, the Cultural Foundation “Ekaterina” and private collections around the world. The new project of the artist “Habitat” surrealistically develops the theme of human expansion to the Far North. Getting into the Arctic people create around themselves a familiar atmosphere, surrounding themselves with their favorite things and trying to establish an everyday, in some places, resort life.
A warm and friendly atmosphere in Askeri Gallery monthly attracts to its vernissages a secular Moscow. Polina Askeri greeted guests, among whom were: Elena Letuchaya, Dmitry Malikov, Anastasia Romantsova, Marina Dobrovinskaya, Dmitry Fedorov, Esther Abner, Sandra Pichkhadze, Laura Dzhugelia, Tatyana Gorshkova, Oleg Artemiev, Vladimir Matetskiy, Lydia Alexandrova, Nikita Makarov, Irina Iovovich, Max Kasymov, Daria Kotlyarova, Mike Shilov, Oleg Zagorodni, Antonina Klimenko and others.
